Trupanion will send an Exam Day Offer via text or email to eligible pets you identify using the 'send offer' button in Vet Portal. Clients who activate their offer within 24 hours will enjoy immediate Trupanion protection at no upfront cost!

Get paid

Payouts are calculated weekly based on your hospital's Exam Day Offer activity from Sunday through Saturday. Each week is a fresh start—so you've got new chances to climb the tiers and earn big every time!

Eligible participants include all Canadian provinces excluding ON and SK. Tracking ends at 11:59pm PST on August 31, 2025. This incentive program is not tied to enrollments.

Please note that virtual gift cards will be delivered to the Hospital Manager or Owner’s email address based on earnings from the previous week. For the individual payout option, the total amount earned must exceed $50; otherwise, the payout will default to a lump sum. For qualifying individual payouts, the total earned will be divided by the number of requested gift cards. For example, if $100 is earned and five gift cards are requested, each will be valued at $20.
